Our signature dish, "tai meshi" (sea bream rice), is a must-try for those who want to enjoy an authentic Japanese dinner in Kitashinchi. We use fresh sea bream and carefully cook each order in an earthenware pot to condense the flavor of the sea bream to the core of the rice. The fragrant aroma that spreads the moment the lid is opened and the texture of the plump meat are the unique characteristics of our restaurant that brings out the best of the ingredients.
