We are proud to offer "tai meshi" (sea bream rice), a dish of the highest quality. We use only sea bream from the rich sea of Wakayama, and carefully selected rice blends to absorb the broth of the sea bream. By carefully adjusting the heat level in the earthenware pot, the sea bream meat is cooked to a moist and shiny finish, and the rice is cooked to a glossy finish.
