The restaurant uses an abundance of fresh fish shipped directly from Minoshima in Wakayama Prefecture and Cape Muroto in Kochi Prefecture every day,
We are proud to serve this dish cooked in our special broth.
Seafood served in a broth that brings out the full flavor of the fish,
It is refreshing and easy to eat, and will keep your chopsticks going.
And to finish, zosui (rice porridge) is recommended.
The fluffy cooked rice porridge creates an exquisite harmony.
